Outline
The corporate classes can be held wherever you have space available (in your office space, training/meeting rooms or board room). The corporate classes address strain from prolonged standing and sitting(computer use). There is also a focus on common ailments including stress, posture, neck and back pain. Each corporate class is a stand alone module - each module builds a complete practice over time.
Every corporate yoga class begins with focusing on breathing techniques, followed by gentle and progressive dynamic stretching/strengthening postures. Each class concludes with a restoriative relaxation session.
The classes generally run in a foramat of 10 week blocks. The first, laying the foundation of yoga and continuing blocks build on that foundation. This format offers the participants an opportunity to experience a varied and progressive yoga practice.
Each 10 week block is designed to lead the student progressively to the next, slowly building a strong and regular practice
(if you miss a week you can still keep up!). Commit to regualar practice - yoga is not designed to be a ‘quick fix’, but with regular ongoing practice, yoga provides the ability to relax and de-stress while also developing fitness, flexibility and physical endurance. You can work as hard or as light as you wish in all classes - however, each person is encouraged to work within their personal boundaries. Dos’ and don’t.
